Are you interested in selling your home, but not sure where to start? Declutter and depersonalize

First impressions are really the only impressions when it comes to real estate. Before bringing in any professionals, you should go through your home and declutter as much as possible. Organizing your space will go a long way in appealing to potential buyers and will also help to streamline your move into your next home. You may also consider depersonalizing your space. By removing personal photos or memorabilia you will help potential buyers picture themselves living in the space.

In order to sell your home for the highest price possible, we bring in our in-house interior designer to tour your home and give your advice on how to elevate your design to enhance the structure of the home. To present your home in the best possible light, we often suggest working with a staging company to give your home the smell, taste, look and feel that is best suited for the type of buyer we see in your home. In many cases we will take care of the staging for our clients. Potential buyers may not be able to see past the existing design, so we work to elevate the style to prepare it to sell.

Show your home — virtually

Given that many potential buyers first search for homes online, it's crucial to have high-quality architectural photography when listing your home. We bring in our exclusive architectural photographer who will take brilliant pictures that accentuate the best features of your home. We also work with 3D specialist to create a complete virtual tour of your home, allowing for potential buyers to experience the space without ever stepping foot in it. Once these valuable assets are created, we work with our marketing team to get your property in front of an interested and engaged audience.

Set the asking price

I work with each of my clients to set an asking price tailored to the local neighborhood prices and local economic conditions. Each market is unique, so I work hard to find a price that keeps you competitive and still gets you the highest asking price possible. Once the asking price is set, our team works tirelessly to find the ideal potential buyers for your property.
