How To Find Your Dream Home

36

Each family has their own needs when it comes to finding a home. I look for the right home for my clients by starting with a specific criteria I learn from you. I like to think of myself as a matchmaker when it comes to matching homes with families, it’s a talent I’ve honed over my time in real estate.

I get to know you and your family's needs to help you realize your future dream home. Where I begin is finding out which area you and your family will fit well into. A dream home is more than a perfect looking home. You'll want to be close to schools, friends, and work, so it's important to narrow that down from the start.

Once the desired area is set, I work to find a home within your budget. Much like car shopping, test driving a car way out of your price range doesn't help you find the perfect car for your needs.

Another aspect I focus on is if the home is safe, sound, and inspected well. This is the most important part of the home buying process. If a home checks all the previous boxes but fails inspections, it will quickly turn from a dream home into a nightmare. I make sure to put every property through rigorous testing so each of my clients ends up with a perfect and safe dream home.

I'm currently working with both buyers and sellers across Los Angeles and have a deep knowledge of how real estate behaves in each area. If you are interested in buying or selling property, please consider me a trusted resource always.
