Los Angeles is known for the sandy beaches, glitzy Hollywood neighborhoods, and bustling downtown, but there is much more to the city when it comes to living in LA and buying property within the city.

While every person and family have different needs there are a few neighborhoods that truly stand out when buying property around Los Angeles. Santa Monica is known for it's beaches that stretch along the Pacific Coast Highway, but it also has some of the best parks and school districts in Los Angeles County. The city of Santa Monica has also invested in safe bicycle lanes and public transportation so that it's residents and visitors can easily access all the city has to offer. 

The city of West Hollywood has an energy unlike any other in the area in Los Angeles. In the 1920's it was known for it's exuberant nightlife, today it still has the exciting energy along with beautifully restored homes with a vibrant community. The residents of West Hollywood come together to celebrate all people in a welcoming community. 

Roughly seven square miles of urban edge, hip boutiques, tree-lined streets and family-friendly parks, and nightlife, Studio City remains as charming and alluring as the writers, entertainers, and actors who both work and reside there. Named after the studio lot that was established in the area by producer Mack Sennett in 1927 that is now known as CBS Studio Center, Studio City continues to be a cultural and entertainment hub. Studio City real estate varies from expansive homes in the more residential areas to architectural mid-century residences to luxury estates in the Santa Monica Mountains, attracting suburban families, affluent professionals and celebrities alike.
